If you are interested in joining Reform please keep in mind these following notes;
- We expect a minimum of 90% attendance and no D/C issues. If these will be a problem please don't apply.
- A raid spot is not guaranteed when you join, you must prove to us that you have raiding skill.
- If you are a PvP'er we expect you to come to main raid nights in 2 PvE specs and not 1PvE+1PvP spec (unless you are a single dps class like rogues).
- Our loot system is based on EPGP with the inclusion of loot council.
- Our EP is given on boss kill and for progression, time spent.
- Below is a schedule of our raiding time;
7:00 - 10:30pm svt wed/thu/sun 25man raid progression

- Please use the template below for your application form, your effort in the application form can give a good impression of you, so if you are wanting to join Reform please feel free to post an application.

The following is Mandatory:
- Vent and Mic with the ability to speak when asked to
- Stable internet connection (If you have a habit of DCing think before applying)
- Playable FPS under raiding conditions
- the following Mods: Ora3, EPGP Lootmaster, Omen

A guild application, although a formality, is a great first impression and is pretty much the only way to gain entry to most guilds.

Submitting your application

1. Make sure all your gear is gemmed and enchanted appropriately
It's not hard to spot missing enchants or gems nowadays with character audit on the armory. Although half arsed gemming is not a measure of player skill, it reflects poorly on your commitment. Make sure you have everything enchanted before you log out and submit your application.

2. Type your post in proper English
The most annoying applications to read are those with poor English. It's not hard to copy/paste into Microsoft Word and spellcheck common words. Make sure your sentences are coherent so that the reader does not misunderstand the context. Proper spelling isn't a requirement to play the game but poor English makes communication and reading the application that much more frustrating.

3. Fill in everything
We don't want to have to ask for your screenshots or xyz. The questions are there for a reason.

4. Make your post look "complete"
Some people like to write essays when they apply to guilds and others prefer to be concise. The former is preferable even if not everything is read.

"An application that only took a minute to write is only worth a minute of consideration"

Because we won't know everything about you, it is at least preferable if you show you know your class and show you are putting effort into trying to join. A lot of information can be copied off EJ and other sites, so include other non-standard things as well as the basics that could make you stand out.

5. Do not lie
Lying is easily found out through armory and if not, we will find out shortly after you join the guild. Present your notable accomplishments in a positive light but do not make them up or say you did it on another account(with no proof).

Miscellaneous

1. Be acquainted with some guild members
If you know someone or can at least be in contact with someone who can vouch for you, it will assist you greatly in being accepted.

Note: obviously not applicable to cross server transfers.

2. When answering questions, be able to back up what you say
This is slightly tied in with do not lie. If you answer non pointless questions(ones that can't be googled), do not post in a "rude" manner especially if you end up digging your own hole.

3. Have a sense of humour
We like jokes.

This is how the template should look. Refer to the post below for the actual html code instead of breaking my eyes with the lack of formatting.

Copy paste this html/bbcode into your template to retain the proper formatting. You can edit the code if you want but please don't burn everyone's eyes by using light yellow text on white background or such.
