6. What is your preferred talent build? At the moment the talent spec I run with is 4/5/32 and is focused on survivability rather than threat with points in field dressing, blood craze and impending victory - which I believe makes warriros valuable tanks at sub 20% health bosses. Granted at 20% there is a good chance the fight is well understood but a dead tank normally means dead raid. I don't find I have an issue with threat at the moment. This could change later down the track as dps gear up but can always modify my spec to cater for this, possibly delving into deep wounds or something similar. At the moment I MT alot of fights which is why I don't have a point in safeguard, a very under appreciated talent which when used right is the best damage reduction talent in the game given the reduction to the target and the cooldown on intervene, effective to take if you'll be doing a lot of offtanking. My offspec 8/31/2 is fury TG. I find I can hold my own in raids where I'm not required to tank and as I work to hit cap my dmg done will improve dramatically (currently around 21% hit atm)
7. Please briefly explain how your class should equip himself for PvE. How should each statistic be considered, and why? As a tank in Cata things have changed a bit. It's not simply about stam stacking anymore with mastery being a very attractive stat to stack for warrior tanks. At the moment I would say stam and mastery are on an even keel closely followed by parry due to hold the line, then dodge. The healing methodology Blizz have decided to go with for cata seems to cater well to a tank who is taking constant reduced damage and not spikey damage as previous expansions have seen. Hit and expertise are purely stats for threat at the moment and only reason I see taking these is if I'm struggling to hold agro.
8. What glyphs do you use and why? At the moment I'm using threat based glyphs Dev, SS and Rev. These allow me to take the talents I have chosen without hurting my tps too much. Shield Wall glyph looks good however with the cooldowns I have at my dispossal am able to cycle due to engineering I find the base dmg reduction is more beneficial on a shorter cooldown.

10. What are your professions? Engineering, I find the goggles are very valuable to the first tier of raiding and give me an edge on other 359 helms due to the engineering unique sockets. The tinkers I can apply to my belt and gloves are also excellent mini cooldowns for boss fights. I am also a miner but have been considering switching this to another gatherer alt at some stage and replacing it with something like jewelcrafting possibly.
11. Do you have any rare patterns/recipes etc. that would benefit the guild? What are they? Max engineering. Engineering has been disppointing this xpac in BOE items. At the moment the only items of raiding value are goblin BBQ and the BOE guns.

I'm at 10225 achivement points at the moment. Not sure if there is any that will benefit the guild as achivements are usually just cosmetic. My best piece of gear achivement wise is probably the tabard from Shadowmourne quest line. As for rare exalted reputations I haven't even attempted The Insane yet, brutal and rightfully named feat of strength

18. List all Reform members you know and how you know them. What will they have to say about you? I know Mitch (fearom) from Kilrog. We have a lot of mutual friends and we used to have some good times in game and on vent.
19. VRO, Avente, Silvermoon Crusaders, Civilian (Kilrogg) Started my raiding with VRO in MC and BWL as a tank. Spent very short time in Silvermoon as a tank before Avente formed which was a core group of players from VRO. When my hours of play changed (I used to raid US times) I joined Civilian, an Aussie guild who I was MT for all of BC. I then xfer'd to Caelestraz and joined Phoenix Guardians where I have been the tank officer since the start of WOTLK. Seems like a lot of guilds but really it wasn't given the time WOW has now been out for. VRO broke up completely and cos I loved those guys as soon as Avente formed I jumped at the chance to play again with familiar players who had become good friends. When I was not able to play US raid times anymore I joined Civilian for a full xpac and would of stayed had not the GM decided to down scale to 10 mans for WOTLK. Since then my home has been on Cael with PG. At the moment PG is losing a lot of players and is having difficulty recruiting quality raiders, compounding the issue and resulting in inconistant raids forming.

BC everything up to and including Felmyst, WOTLK we killed everything except LK 25 Heroic and Halion 25 Heroic
My role was always tanking accept where I was required to go DPS depending on the boss encounter.

Are you self-sufficient when it comes to being prepared with consumables and gold? Yes, my druid is a herber and skinner and makes more than enough gold to fund raiding full time on my main

I go for a minimalistic UI where the most important info is displayed by a boss mod in the centre of my screen along with my avoidances / mitigation / incoming dmg on the eft and my dmg on the right with MSCT. My target and target of target unit frames have very clear vast bars underneath, useful for tanks. My cooldowns are in a convenient location for quick use.
29. Do you PvP? Very casual and for achievements mainly.
30. What World of Warcraft PvP experience do you have? I used to PVP in Vanilla when BWL / Naxx epics = invincible. That was before they introduced resilience which IMO took the fun out of PVP Since then I haven't taken PVP very seriously at all and have dabelled in BG's and Arena.

31. What are your reasons for applying to join Reform, over another guild? I know Mitch and have heard good things about Reform. If my app is successful and I have to do the big cross faction transfer of all my toons why not to a guild where I know people.

34. Do you have a stable internet connection? Very, this is no bullshit but I think I have DC'd from wow twice since I lived in my current house which I moved into with my wife 3 years ago. I currently use Internode's gateway as well which gives me 198ms most nights.
35. Are you prone to getting capped/shaped/etc? Never, I make sure to keep my porn under control
36. List some of the specs of the computer you play WoW on. It's a new beast actually. i7 950, 6 gig triple buffer mem, Nvidia 460 gfx o/c, solid state HD, coolmaster case with custom fan cooling system. Hasn't met a game yet I can't max out.
37. Describe what you think is your defining quality. I am a very loyal guildy. What will make us want to recruit you over someone else? I am not afraid to put in the hard yards when it comes to progression. I don't give up and just not show up and I will always put in 110%. I will work towards my raid spot and when I get my shot I'll show the guild why I should retain it. I will pick up mechanics very quickly and it rarely takes me long to figure something out. I am pretty confident in my own skills (what tanks aren't?) and ability to play my class well but I'm also open to constructive criticism, it could make me an even better player which is pretty much my goal
