5. Do you have any rare patterns/recipes etc. that would benefit the guild? What are they?
None that i can think of.

6. What location do you play WoW from? What is the timezone there? (GMT+?) How do daylight savings changes affect you?
Sydney GMT+10, Daylight savings wont affect me.
7. List all Reform members you know and how you know them. What will they have to say about you?
Nemish, Real life friend.
Foron, was in revelation with him.
Surely they'll only have positive things to say.
8. List your previous guilds, ranks / responsibilities in those guilds, and reasons why you are no longer in those guilds (go into detail with this question).
Revelation - was a raider. With nemish and foron leaving revelation, the 10 man group i was in is disbanded.
9. If possible, provide a link to a recent WWS/WoL or screenshot of recount/skada in action.
I dont normally take screenshots so i quickly went to a target dummy and screen-shotted first attempts..

11. What World of Warcraft PvE end-game experience do you have on this character (vanilla through to cata)?
On my pally i only have experience with various bosses in BoT/BWD. However i have raided on my mage since vanilla having cleared almost all content.
12. Are you self-sufficient when it comes to being prepared with consumables and gold?
Yes
13. Are you able to attend all of our progression raid nights from start to finish (this is vitally important and failure to do so will result in your removal from guild)?
Yes
14. Post or provide a link to a screenshot of your UI in a raid situation (ie. killing a boss).
Best i could do was a screenshot in a BG

I was in Group Three at one point in BC and from what Nemish tells me there's quite a few members from there in this guild...i dont really remember those days, but some may recall my mage..'Greaver', i am also open to raiding on my Mage or Death Knight(as DPS or Tank) Their gear is currently not raid ready, but if accepted could have either appropriately raid ready within a week.
Also having just now transfered my priest i will be able to get my professions up for PvE (Inscription and Leatherworking) For the +130 Str enchants
