Int > Spell power> haste > mastery > crit
4. What glyphs do you use and why?
3 primary glyph all for DPS improvement
Mass Dispel for helping the healers
spirit tap so i can regain some mana from those adds
PW: fort so i can fort w/o costing so much mana when someone bressed
5. Do you have any rare patterns/recipes etc. that would benefit the guild? What are they?
Not really... I do these profession for dps improvement

Pantheon, reason why i want to leave is because i can't see i'm progressing much further in this guild. Guild is forming 10 men raids for progression on heroics because we don't have enough people to raid as 25... i mean 25 more than average people who have good connectivity and know what to do and can pull decent dps.

cata only
12. Are you self-sufficient when it comes to being prepared with consumables and gold?
yep
13. Are you able to attend all of our progression raid nights from start to finish (this is vitally important and failure to do so will result in your removal from guild)?
yep else i wouldn't bother to apply

It's just normal UI with DBM, recount and omen
